We stand by our product and offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 90days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns,
  • Products must have no obvious signs of wear, bumps and stains

  • Products must be in good condition with inner and outer packaging and no missing accessories 

The following products cannot be returned for product damaged by human-caused reasons.

How do I return my items?

You have up to 90 days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.


We do not charge any extra fees on the returns.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
